About the Role
ARVENSO is recruiting 10 workers for an Italian company carrying out metal building construction and assembly projects in Bologna and on assignments at other locations. This opportunity is suitable for reliable candidates who are physically fit, comfortable working in a team and available to travel when projects require it.
Start date: 30 September 2026.
Employment: 12-month Italian employment contract, with the possibility of extension.
Schedule: 9 working hours plus a 1-hour break, Monday to Friday, and two Saturdays per month on a reduced schedule.
Pay: 2235 Euro Net
Responsibilities
- Handle and prepare metal components and construction materials.
- Support the assembly and dismantling of metal buildings.
- Position and secure structural components.
- Use basic tools safely and correctly.
- Load and unload materials.
- Follow workplace safety instructions and use the protective equipment provided.
- Work effectively as part of the site team and travel to project locations when required.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 45.
- Previous construction experience is an advantage, but is not required.
- No professional qualification is required at the time of hiring.
- Physically fit for construction work.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work in a team.
- Available to relocate to Italy and travel for projects.
Benefits
- Accommodation arranged in Bologna, two people per room, at a cost of EUR 180 per month.
- During assignments away from Bologna, hotel accommodation is paid by the employer.
- Transport between accommodation/hotel and the workplace is provided by the employer.
- Romania–Italy travel is reimbursed after three months, up to EUR 100.
- 12-month Italian employment contract, with the possibility of extension.
- 21 days of annual leave in accordance with the applicable CCNL.
- Workwear and personal protective equipment provided.
- After three months, authorised vocational courses are provided with a Romanian-language interpreter.
